About In Home Kins
In Home Kins provides customized in home exercise programs for clients with acute/chronic medical conditions and general health and fitness needs
At In Home Kins we take the time to conduct an initial assessment to identify your needs and goals and assess your current level of fitness. Our assessment will take between 60-90 minutes and encompass a postural and movement assessment, as well as a detailed medical and current health history.
Once your assessment is complete we will analyze the results and schedule a follow up appointment to go over our findings. Based on the results of your assessment we will design a customized program to meet your needs. We will recommend between 1-3 sessions per week.
Sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. Your sessions will include a variety of exercises and stretches that are customized for your needs. Your sessions may include body weight, free weight and therapy band exercises and static or PNF stretching.
